(ID: 480425-1460) operates a rental service for recreational vehicles for individuals and families. By making a booking, the customer accepts and agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions in all respects.  <\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>2. <\/b><b>Booking and Payment<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Payment for the rental must be made <span class=\"s1\"><b>in full at the time of booking<\/b><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">A booking is confirmed when payment has been received.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Refunds are possible if the renter cancels with <span class=\"s1\"><b>14 days notice<\/b><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Cancellations with shorter notice may result in partial or no refund, depending on the nature and timing of the cancellation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">No refunds are given after the rental period has begun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>3. <\/b><b>Pick-up and Return<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Caravans are picked up and returned at <span class=\"s1\"><b>Vidarrimi 32, 112 Reykjavik<\/b><\/span>, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">The renter is responsible for returning the caravan clean, undamaged, and on time.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Returning an unclean caravan may result in a cleaning fee being added to the renter&#8217;s bill.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Late returns without prior agreement may incur additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>4. <\/b><b>Use of Caravan<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Caravans are intended only for normal use as recreational vehicles.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Smoking is strictly prohibited in all caravans.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">The renter is responsible for all users of the caravan and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while traveling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>5. <\/b><b>Liability and Insurance<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The renter is <\/span><b>liable for any damage to the caravan caused by negligence or improper use<\/b><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">The caravans are not insured against damage resulting from customer use, such as off-road driving, collisions, or water damage caused by human error.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">The renter pays a deductible in case of damage if it falls under insurance coverage, according to the specific agreement. <\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">We recommend that renters have travel insurance with damage coverage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>6. <\/b><b>Breakdowns and Response<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">If a breakdown occurs, the renter should immediately contact Leiguhysi ehf. at 899 3930. <\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">We will do our best to resolve issues immediately or offer fair compensation\/adjustment as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">The renter <span class=\"s1\"><b>must not perform repairs<\/b><\/span> or modify the caravan without Leiguhysi&#8217;s approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>7. <\/b><b>Privacy<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Leiguhysi ehf. only processes personal information in connection with bookings and services. <\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">All data is handled in accordance with privacy laws and is not shared with third parties.<\/li>\n<li>All Leiguhysi.is caravans are equipped with GPS tracking devices to prevent theft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>8. <\/b><b>Breach of Contract and Default<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Violation of terms may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Leiguhysi reserves the right to charge renters for damages or unauthorized use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><b>9. <\/b><b>Other<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">These terms may change without notice.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">The latest terms are always available at <a href=\"http:\/\/leiguhysi-is.tulpa.shared.1984.is\">www.leiguhysi.is<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">By booking, the renter confirms they have read these terms and conditions and agrees to follow them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Leiguhysi Ltd.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\ud83d\udccd Vidarrimi 32, 112 Reykjavik<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\ud83d\udcde 899 3930 | \u2709\ufe0f leiguhysi@leiguhysi.is<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions for Rentals at Leiguhysi Ehf. 1.
